BOOKING POLICY:

A 50% down payment is required to secure your order. This protects both our customers and our business from fraudulent bookings. Your order is only confirmed once payment is received. The remaining balance can be paid upon delivery or pick up. Thank you for understanding.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations are valid up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery/pick up.

*Cancel 48+ hours before - 100% refund of your down payment.

*Cancel less than 48 hours before - Down payment is non - refundable (to cover ingredients & preparation costs).

*No - show/ Same - day cancellation - Full payment required.
